Using Lynqaro Business

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and use the app for lawful business. The business owner is responsible for who they approve into their team and for the records their team enters.

Your data

The records you enter belong to your business. You give Lynqaro permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

Payments and money

Lynqaro Business records payments, cash and credit that you and your team enter or import. It does not hold, send or receive money. Always confirm mobile-money and bank payments in your own statements. Lynqaro is not responsible for losses caused by wrong entries, fraud by users, or third-party payment services.

Prices and information

Market prices come from the World Food Programme (via HDX, CC BY-IGO) and from buyers using Lynqaro. They are for guidance only and may be out of date or wrong. Product names filled in from barcodes may be wrong; check them before saving.

Riders and deliveries

Riders are independent and chosen by each business. Lynqaro is not a transport company and is not responsible for goods in transit. Location sharing is optional and controlled by the rider.

Fair use

Do not misuse the app: no fake accounts, no trying to access other businesses' data, no harmful code, no illegal goods. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.

Service and changes

We work to keep the app available and safe but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, Lynqaro is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice when possible.
